    Came across the latest version of the Industry Insider and had some thoughts on "Boomers vs Millennials" sidebar. It spoke specifically to how boomers are more likely to be interested in health benefits associated with foods.     Its seems that more and more millennials are watching what they eat and reading labels. With that being said, how can we continue to spread the word on healthy eating and continuing to bring awareness to this? 

    Thoughts, ideas?

    The best route to go is to embrace the millennial mindset and use that to maximize their input to our company. Times have definitely changed, but if we don't embrace this changing workforce we will fall behind to those companies that do.
