So we're in the early stages of this idea but would love some thoughts or feedback if anyone has any. We've created the below landing page which will be a new section in the portal called the Information and Idea Hub. We're hoping to store good articles, presentations, powerpoints, etc. on any number of banking topics including technology, process improvements, etc., that can be viewed by any employee. Employees can also submit ideas to improve the bank, new processes, new services or products, etc. and they can be paid if the idea is implemented.
Anyways, curious if anyone has done anything along these lines and has any tips. Thanks in advance!
