    Hi Folks,

On Dec. 1, 2016, the Naples Area Alumnae Chapter hosted the Inaugural Naples Holiday Soirée benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, held at The Club at Olde Cypress. Some 120 people attended the cocktails and dinner evening, which included Give to Live and both live and silent auctions. The Tri Delta Foundation was one of the distinguished sponsors.

The chapter was thrilled to donate the $55,000 net proceeds of the evening toward Tri Delta's $60 million pledge to St. Jude!

    Holly,

Lets coordinate some Volunteer efforts for our chapters in FL.  The damage to some island nations in particular is difficult to comprehend. The small island of Barbuda had 90 percent of its structures damaged or destroyed, according to the Washington Post. Anguilla saw similarly comprehensive damage to its electricity infrastructure. On St. Martin, 70 percent of the homes had been damaged or destroyed, leaving tens of thousands in need of public shelter. A million people were without power in Puerto Rico, and millions more were without electricity in Florida, where the fiscal damage has not yet been calculated.
